Cancellation Policy
We ask for a courtesy 24 hour notice for cancellations so we can try to fill that appointment time. Please give 48 hours for groups of 4 or more. You will receive a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your booking.
Payment
Payment is received at time of service. Cash, Venmo, Credit Cards and Zelle are accepted at the end of the appointment. A 4.167% HI state tax is applied to all transactions.
Destination Fees
There are no travel or destination fees between Paia and north Kihei. If you are located outside of these areas then an additional travel fee may apply.
Parking Fees
Parking fees will be added if free parking isn't available.
Privacy
Any information shared in this website or during the massage is strictly confidential.
Refusal of Treatment
If we feel the client will not benefit from the massage, due to contraindications or illness, we reserve the right to refuse services.
Ethical Considerations
Sessions may be terminated immediately if either the client or practitioner feels uncomfortable. Sexually suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be cause for termination of the session.
Age Requirements
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the same room at all times.
